reality check...

...ahhhhhh, so really there is not a Valentine fairy in this house, at this moment...she has run away, to her calming blue room, to get away from chaos downstairs....and why?...three kids have been bickering, mocking, yelling, arguing since they awoke!....Im about to go play out in the snow, even if it means I run out with out winter clothes on...as along as Im alone!...excuse me now, just interrupted by crying 4 yr old, the 6 yr old pulled the covers off of him while watching tv...the tv for him, so the other 2 can fold mountain pile of clothes...Im still hiding, shhhhh...I can hear bickering down there, a little bit muffled, since Im walls away....still getting on my nerves tho...so back to breakfast time...they were whining about my eggs, and how they are not like daddy's eggs...mocking between the older two, bickering, mama yelling, milk spilled all over, more whining and yelling..."everyone not allowed to talk, at all!, for rest of breakfast"...that did not work...and the big question, that I was hoping to avoid now, since all is falling apart...middle one asks..."Hey, isn't it Valentine's Day?  Did the fairy come?"...and this crabby fairy says..."Oh I don't know, we have all day to watch for her."...this fairy is thinking, 'heck no, they are not having any more candy!'...not sure how that is all going to play out today, since the fairy is not in a good mood, and hiding away?...  now more whining, because oldest wants to go pick up his friend right now, so he can lock himself in the basement with his friend, and lock his sister out!...well this just brought on tears from sister, and she gave examples, of all! the other times that big brother locked her out of the basement when friends were over and they did not include her in basketball games....I tried stopping her rant, but it just got worse and louder!...and big brother gave 'reasons' why she was not allowed to be with him and his friends...no one wanted to eat their healthy breakfast with protein(I swear by protein to help crabbiness, it works for me!), and this is just what they need to do to help get the sugar out of their body, from the Valentine class parties they had yesterday...it's not happening!...so here the Valentine fairy sits, in her calm blue room, annoyed, with no love for this day, at the moment...so, Valentine treats will stay hidden and maybe weeks down the road, they will find them, and be 'extra surprised'...in the meantime, this crabby fairy will find some chocolate, and hide, far far away...in fairy land...
